My race goal(s): To still be able to swim, bike and run with a big smile after recovering. Oh, and to go on to do more. There are a few more goals up my sleeve still!

Why this race: Seemed like the perfect opportunity to see a bit of the US countryside and to get a six-pack. Worth every stroke/revolution/stride.

My power phrase: 1, 2, 3, 4 (in a Russian accent at about 95bpm!)...oh, and "Hunt them down" always brings on a bit of a neck tingle!

Why this race: I love Lake Placid. I am doing this race in honour of a special Goddess, Cindy Sherwin. We used to hike together here.
